Local CDL Driver – Construction / Excavation – Home Daily (Redmond, Oregon)

CLASS A CDL DRIVER – LOCAL / HOME DAILY 🚚

Relson Contracting LLC is hiring a Class A CDL Driver to join our excavation crew in Redmond, Oregon.

If you're looking for a local driving position where you're home every night and don't mind getting out of the truck and working with the crew, this may be a good fit.

Our drivers operate dump trucks and a tractor with an end dump trailer, hauling excavation materials and heavy equipment throughout Central Oregon.

This is not a drive-only position. When you're not hauling, you'll work alongside our excavation crew on job sites. Depending on experience, this may include operating equipment and performing general construction labor.

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Valid Class A CDL

✅ Clean driving record

✅ Able to meet DOT/FMCSA driver qualification requirements

✅ Able to pass DOT pre-employment drug testing

✅ Reliable transportation

✅ Dependable and safety-conscious

✅ Willing and able to perform physical construction work

✅ Available approximately 50 hours per week, Monday-Friday (weekend work extremely rare)

✅ PREFERRED: Experience hauling heavy equipment, pulling equipment trailers, operating dump trucks, or working in excavation/construction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

▪ Drive dump trucks and tractor/end dump combinations

▫ Haul rock, dirt, aggregate, and other excavation materials

▪ Transport heavy equipment between job sites

▫ Assist the excavation crew when not actively hauling

▪ Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections

▫ Maintain safe operation on the road and on job sites
