Dharma Design & Remodel is looking for an experienced, dependable carpenter for residential remodeling work on the Northeastside, primarily from Bellevue to Bothell.
This is typically a 40-hour-per-week position with considerable flexibility. Work will be performed independently or directly with the owner.
Typical Work:
* Light residential framing
* Doors and windows
* Siding
* Interior and exterior trim
* Repairs and miscellaneous carpentry
* General residential remodeling tasks
Requirements:
* Experienced and fully tooled
* Comfortable working independently
* Comfortable working on ladders
* Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather
* Clean, organized, and professional
* Maintain a clean and organized job site
* Able to pass a background check
* Reliable transportation
Compensation: $30-$45 per hour depending on experience, tools, capabilities, and professionalism.
Schedule: Typically 40 hours per week with flexibility.
Position: Independent contractor, 1099, paid weekly.
