Good condition except the back edges. They have minor burn patches from being pushed against a baseboard heater (pics included). Front chase section has minor fraying at the bottom edge (pics included).

Cushions are still comfy. Freshly cleaned. Dry vacuumed and wet vacuumed with upholstery cleaner.
