Our client, a global leader in the medical device industry, is seeking Medical Device Assemblers to join its manufacturing team in Redmond, WA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering the chance to build hands-on manufacturing experience while contributing to products that make a meaningful difference in patient care.

Available Shifts
• 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM: Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour shifts
• 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM: Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour shifts
Position Overview
The Medical Device Assembler will perform hands-on assembly of mechanical, fabricated, and/or electrical components used to produce subassemblies, finished assemblies, and complete products. This position requires careful attention to quality, accuracy, and established manufacturing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Assemble mechanical parts, components, subassemblies, and/or electrical/electronic systems according to detailed work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other manufacturing equipment to complete assembly operations.
• Fit, align, adjust, and calibrate components to meet defined tolerances and product requirements.
• Inspect completed work to ensure products meet established quality and operating specifications.
• Identify products or assemblies that do not meet requirements and perform basic rework or repairs as instructed.
• Follow detailed manufacturing procedures, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Perform routine, repetitive, and manual assembly tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and consistency.
• Make basic decisions using established procedures and predefined solutions.
• Maintain an organized and professional work area while supporting team production goals.
What We're Looking For
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, medical device, electronics, or mechanical assembly experience is preferred.
• Comfortable performing detailed, hands-on work for extended periods.
• Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, diagrams, and established manufacturing processes.
• Experience using basic hand tools and manufacturing equipment is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the full assigned 10-hour shift.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative manufacturing team.
