Restored to like new condition.
Frame stripped and painted, with epoxy primer, and acrylic automotive topcoat.
New stainless-steel Buchanon spokes and nipples.
New wheel bearings-front and rear.
New Pirrelli Cross tire and tubes-front and rear.
New break cabbles and throttle. New Magura levers and covers. New Fly handle bars and grips. All new plastic, new seat foam and seat cover.
Gas tank refurbished. New fuel petcock.
Engine 1992 Rotax 406 cc 6-speed transmission. Complete over-haul. New Weisco piston and rings. All new bearings. New 40mm Mikuni carb. New clutch cable, shifter, kicker and rubber. New DID chain, rear sprockit, chain guide and roller. New rear Showaschocks.
Rebuilt front forks. New seal and boots. Custom-built expansion chamber with new silencer. New factory skid plate, air filter cleaned and serviced. Bike is started and test-rode only. Very torquey and fast!
