REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Fluent Spanish and English preferred.
- Understanding of Latino culture and Spanish-speaking customer etiquette.
- Current life insurance license OR willingness to obtain one.
- Non-licensed candidates must be able to obtain their license within approximately two weeks.
- Basic computer skills.
- Comfortable communicating by phone and Zoom.
- Reliable internet, computer, and mobile phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with commission-only compensation.
- Previous sales or telephone experience is a plus, but not required.
