Full-time employment immediately available for a maintenance tech with a local property management firm. Employee hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with a rotating on-call program, including a daily incentive. Upon hire, benefits include 8 paid holidays, 5 paid sick days per year and a 90 day probationary review. After the first year of full time employment, we offer 1 week of paid vacation, a tax savings cafeteria plan and employer matched IRA. Company vehicle and tools provided while at work. Job knowledge in appliance repair and HVAC service encouraged with experience in general building maintenance a plus.
