Looking for an experienced landscape installer. Projects are mostly residential, and consist of removing existing landscaping, rough grading, layouts, piping and other underground, weed cloth, planting, and irrigation. Occasional sod. Experience with block walls or other hardscapes is a plus, as is low voltage lighting. Plans will be provided, and we can tailor the detail to your needs. We have projects queued up, and if we encounter a gap in new construction we will put you to work on maintenance tasks. This is a full time job, with wage depending on experience and benefits being negotiable, depending on your needs.
This position is for a hand-on person who does work and leads by example, with others brought on/off the jobs as needed. Supervision experience, or aptitude for supervision, are needed. Other members of our construction team who are diligent workers and take direction well, will be brought on when needed.
The ability to work unsupervised, and a good work ethic, are essential. You must be able to communicate verbally.
Good references are neeeded.
