Clumping Dwarf Gracilis Bamboo ~ Spectacular Bamboo for Privacy - $75

Bambusa textilis 'Dwarf' (Common Names: Dwarf Gracilis, Dwarf Graceful Bamboo (RG), RG Dwarf, Dwarf Weaver's Bamboo): Dwarf Gracilis is a small statured clumping bamboo with dark green canes forming tight dense clumps. This bamboo is an excellent choice for privacy screening. When planting the Dwarf Gracilis next to a 6 foot fence the plants will reliably provide a dense screen of leaves to provide privacy. For property line privacy screening we recommend planting a row of plants with 3 to 5 foot spacing between plants and positioning the centers of the plants 18 inches or more away from the fence. In the Sacramento Valley and the SF Bay area Dwarf Gracilis grows about 15 feet tall with canes up to 1.5 inches in diameter. Full sun is preferred and this bamboo is rated to 18 °F by the American Bamboo Society.

Our available Dwarf Gracilis Bamboo plants include:

1 gallon nursery pots for $75

5 gallon nursery pots for $95 to $150 (price depends upon the sizes of the plants)

7 gallon nursery pots for $200

15 gallon nursery pots for $275
