Vintage Philco 10664B Bing Crosby Record Player Radio and Beautiful Philco 38-3 Art Deco inlayed Walnut Tube Console Floor Radio For Repair As Is. Record player is known to collectors as the "Bing Crosby Special" because of Philco advertising featuring Crosby with the set, this five tube model featured a unique method of playing records. You open the front lid, insert a 10 or 12 inch 78rpm record, close the lid and the record begins to play. It shuts off automatically when the song is finished. Floor Philco 38-3 radio has Broadcast plus 2 Short Wave bands, pre-war 1942 (believe 1937). Both turn on but need TLC to get playing again. Must buy both. Check them out on vintage radio sites, can get a lot of money when they are 100%. Asking $75 for both.
