Looking to hire one additional experience painter to join our team. Candidate must have experience and be comfortable cutting walls sharply, painting both interior and exterior project, and be comfortable working on ladders up to 30'.
My hope is that this person will be able to take on the role of a crew lead within a short period of time, where you would be responsible for managing a 3-4 person crew, while also painting. If this works, you would be setup with a company van as well and would be eligible for salary increase.
Bonus if candidate is experienced in drywall repair, finish taping new drywall, any carpentry repairs, exterior rot repair using Bondo or wood putty.
