This hammer drill was designed for extremely heavy work. It has a twist lock cord so that you don't have to worry about bending it around and it stays in good shape that way. There isn't a cordless hammer drill in the world that could keep up with this thing. It was made in the day when Milwaukee made a hole hog that could pick you up off the ground.I have concrete out back we can always take it for a test run. LOL
