Black & Decker Versapak tool case with tools. Two chargers included. Two batteries but I do not believe they hold a charge - will need new batteries which are sold on ebay. Case with instruction manuals for each of the 3 tools included. Flashlight, Sander, and Drill. Flashlight and sander never used. Sat in basement for years and now I'm cleaning out unused items.
