Exceedingly rare late Ming to early Qing dynasty Kangxi period underglazed 2-color (yellow and blue) tall vase or brush pot, a rare variation from the more common underglazed 3-color decoration, 12" tall in fair condition, very impressive master painting skill. The foot rim and interior wall are unglazed and super smooth. The bright diffusive cobalt blue is typically Chongzhen reign pigment.
cash only.
