I looking for a onsite caretaker or ranch foreman position. I am a extremely reliable and resourceful person. I can take pay or be on a room and board basis on a property where my skills can be utilized. Preferably part time hours on a ranch, hunt club, or a resort setting. Helping care for animals is even better. I own a small business and stay fairly busy but I can make my own schedule. I have two years living and working on a 365 acre hunt club full time. I also spent eight years helping out there part-time while being mentored by the owner. Things that I do well or have done: answering the phone and scheduling, taking care of customers needs, caring for dogs and guiding bird hunts- german short hairs and brittney spaniels, taking care of doves and pheasants, equipment repairs and maintenance, to include: tractor, six wheeler, snowmobiles, mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, trucks, plows, and four wheelers. I did some trapping and hunting of predators of the deer herd. I also fed fish, monitored water levels in ponds, graded roads, cut trees, and monitored fence line and made needed repairs. I am also fairly familiar with horses and have rode most of my life. I'm 47 and I have a ten year old daughter that stays with me a few times a week.
