We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual for part-time, as-needed work throughout Bergen and Passaic Counties.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in construction, landscaping, moving, demolition, junk removal, or general labor who is looking to earn extra income with a flexible schedule.
**JOB DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:**
* Loading dumpsters with household contents
* Loading dumpsters with construction and demolition debris
* Furniture moving and relocation
* Estate, garage, attic, and basement cleanouts
* Junk removal and property cleanups
* Yard cleanup, brush removal, and landscaping assistance
* Sweeping and job site cleanup
* Loading and unloading trailers
* Appliance and furniture removal
* Light demolition work
* Shoveling and moving materials and debris
* Assisting with dumpster deliveries and pickups
* Taking before-and-after job photos
* Customer interaction and job walkthroughs
* Operating hand tools and power tools
* Assisting with equipment operation (experience a plus)
* General labor tasks as assigned
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to perform physically demanding work
* Must be able to repeatedly lift 75+ pounds
* Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
* Valid driver's license preferred
* Reliable transportation to and from job sites
* Construction, landscaping, demolition, moving, or junk removal experience is a plus but not required
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
**COMPENSATION:**
* Starting pay: **$22–$30 per hour**, based on experience
* **Guaranteed 4-hour minimum pay for each scheduled workday**

**ABOUT THE POSITION:**
This is a part-time, as-needed position with a growing local dumpster rental and junk removal business serving Bergen, Passaic, and surrounding counties.
The work varies from day to day. You may be helping with household cleanouts, moving furniture, loading construction debris, performing yard cleanup, or assisting with other property cleanup projects.
