Hello!
I am offering residential HVAC services to the Apex, Cary, Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill areas.
I can do most kinds repairs for residential AC units, whether it be package units, split systems, or mini-splits. If there's a problem involving motors, ducts, compressors, refrigerant levels, leaks, thermostats, etc., I can take care of it. Generally speaking, the only repairs I refuse to do involve the heating-side of natural-gas units.
Although trained for installations, I _do not_ offer new unit installations.
(This is sort of beneficial, as you know for sure I'm not trying to sell you a new unit!).
I do all of my pricing upfront, so before I perform a repair, I will tell you straight what the problem is and how much it would cost to fix it.
If you agree to the repair, there is no diagnostic fee; otherwise the diagnostic fee is $40.
At the end of the day, most repairs fall in the range of $100 - $450. To really accurately quote a repair, I have to get eyes on the unit to see what I'm dealing with.
I have fixed many, many units that were once declared dead, so give me a shot!
