Lab tech for cement company in New Freedom, PA.
Preferred skills in cement/concrete mixing, testing.
Other preferred skills:
- basic math skills required (test will be administered)
- reading and speaking english is required
- chemistry background (degree not required but helpful)
- fine powder blending, mixing
- light production skills helpful
- must be able to repetitively lift 50 lb bags
- fork truck skills beneficial, but will train
This facility serves as the R&D and pilot production location for OTB Materials. We develop and test specialty cement for the concrete, but also perform subscale production to support customer ramp-up efforts. While entry level is accepted, a mid-level candidate is desirable and the pay rate will reflect the skill level,
