✅ WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of valid insurance
• Tow vehicle capable of safely towing the trailer
• Current vehicle registration & plates
• $200 reservation deposit
• Signed rental agreement before taking possession
⏰ LATE RETURN POLICY
Please return the trailer at the agreed-upon date and time.
• 45-minute grace period
• After the grace period: $25 per hour
• Late fees will not exceed the applicable $205 daily rental rate for the first additional day
• If the trailer is kept beyond the agreed rental period without prior approval, additional rental charges may apply
• Any unauthorized extension may result in additional fees and/or loss of future rental privileges
Need more time? Contact us BEFORE your rental period expires. Extensions are subject to availability and approval.
⚠️ RENTER RESPONSIBILITY
The renter is responsible for the trailer while it is in their possession.
The trailer must be returned in the same condition it was received.
That includes:
• Removing all trash and debris
• Cleaning the trailer after use
• Properly securing loads
• Reporting any damage immediately
• Returning the trailer on time
Renter is responsible for damage, loss, misuse, improper operation, or unauthorized use occurring during the rental period, subject to the rental agreement.
