I am a professional music instructor and musician in my 40's currently looking for a room to rent in the salem/keizer area.
my budget is $500-$650 per month.
A little about me, I am a quiet, clean, responsible, dependable, respectful and considerate professional musician that works a lot and pays my bills. I have my own vehicle and possess no criminal record of any kind. I do not smoke, drink, or misuse drugs and practice a healthy clean living lifestyle. I love peace and quiet and the one thing I hate is trouble or drama in any form. If i am a roommate with someone I just wanna get along normally and respectfully. Quietly. And I have no interest in any weirdness of any kind.
I am looking to move by November 1st. I am hoping to meet/talk further with someone about any room they may have available to rent. I come with cash money in hand the first of each month and believe in paying my bills and expenses on time.
