Hi! We’re a quiet, responsible working couple looking for a place to call home in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area. We are hoping to move immediately and can be ready as soon as September 1st.
We are both employed, responsible, respectful, and very much keep to ourselves. We’re looking for a peaceful, clean place where we can settle in and treat the property with care.
We’re open to:

• ADU / guest house
• Private apartment
• Cottage or other independent living space
• Santa Barbara, Goleta, or nearby areas
We are serious about finding something quickly and are prepared to provide proof of income, references, and any other information needed.
