A mature, professional couple is seeking a quiet, peaceful, and affordable 1-2-bedroom condo, cottage, ohana, townhouse, or home for a long-term lease in Waikoloa Village.
With no children and no pets, this would be a very low-impact household. Both of us work from home on our computers, so a calm, quiet environment is especially important. The hope is to find a comfortable place where we can settle in, care for the property well, and enjoy being back in the Waikoloa area.
After almost 15 years on the Big Island, including time living in both Waikoloa Beach Resort and Waikoloa Village, this area feels like home. Although currently residing on Ali‘i Drive in Kona, returning to Waikoloa Village would be a wonderful fit for our lifestyle.
As tenants, we are quiet, dependable, respectful, and responsible, with excellent local rental references. Every home we live in is cared for thoughtfully, as if it were our own. For the right landlord, this could be a very stable, easy, long-term rental situation.
Move-in dates are flexible if the right opportunity presents itself, and either furnished or unfurnished would work.
