Max budget is $700 a month. I can't negotiate that amount. I make up for it by being a dream tenant that doesn't create drama or headaches. Looking for a furnished basement apartment with two bedrooms if possible. I have no pets!
I'm consistent and keep my space clean; I'm very quiet, to myself, respectful of your property, understand boundaries, won't violate your space, won't eat your food, use your toiletries, up early (3-4am), and in bed early (8pm - 9pm). I don't have parties nor people over. I'm truly a loner (Not in a creepy way)
I’m a little older (55) not looking to get into stereotypical roommate issues. Looking for a laid-back, quiet and clean situation. I value your privacy as much as my own. Looking for a stable, long-term housing solution; I'm committed to staying for at least a year or two.

Lastly, I'm a single dad who spends every weekend with his daughter in Northern, VA. She lives with her mom but my dream scenario is a basement apartment fully furnished (my furniture is in storage but accessible) so my daughter can stay with me every other weekend, and for only $700 a month, I know that’s a tough find but if you have something, please reach out.
