Quiet, dependable senior seeking a cozy long-term home — around $650 (Delaware Water Gap)

I’m putting a little wish out into the world. Perhaps someone has a small house or apartment they’ve been hesitant to rent, and finding the right person would make all the difference.
I’m a retired senior looking for a peaceful one-bedroom home in a safe neighborhood, ideally 600 square feet or more. A small cottage, apartment, or private in-law apartment could be lovely. What matters most is a comfortable place of my own and a kind, respectful relationship with my landlord.
In my previous apartment, I paid my rent on time for more than seven years without missing a payment. I left it immaculate because that’s how I care for the place I call home. I’m quiet, considerate of neighbors, and careful with someone else’s property.
My income is Social Security: modest, but steady and dependable. My comfortable rent limit is about $650 a month, with some flexibility if utilities are included.
I don’t currently have a pet, but the possibility of having a companion someday would mean a lot. Pet-friendly would be a welcome bonus.
I know this is a hopeful request in today’s rental market. But perhaps you have a little place sitting empty and would appreciate a dependable tenant who would truly cherish living there.
If this sounds like a possible fit, I’d love to hear about your place, its location, rent, and what’s included. Thank you for considering me.
