Quiet Couple Looking for Private Property/Caretaker Opportunity — RV I (Everett / Snohomish)

We're looking for a private homeowner, farm, acreage owner, or property owner who could use an extra set of hands.
My husband is an extremely capable handyman. I've honestly yet to see him come across a project he wasn't already knowledgeable about or couldn't figure out. He can help with general repairs, maintenance, fencing, yard work, mowing, cleanup, painting, and much more.
I'm also happy to help with cleaning, gardening, yard work, animal care, house/property sitting, or whatever reasonable help is needed.
We're quiet, respectful, responsible and looking for something long-term. We're hoping to find an arrangement around $500/month, potentially combined with agreed-upon work in exchange for reduced rent.
We have a 2004 36-foot Itasca Sunflyer and are looking for a safe place where we can actually live in it—not storage.
