Perform general construction and demolition labor, material handling, job-site setup, and cleanup.
Load, haul, deliver, and unload materials and equipment.
Drive tractor-trailers and dump trucks, and safely secure loads.
Complete basic daily truck/equipment inspections and report problems.
Follow safety procedures and help wherever needed to keep projects moving.

Valid Class A CDL, clean driving record, and current DOT medical card.
Ability to meet applicable DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements.
Willingness and ability to perform significant physical labor.
Reliable transportation to our Puyallup location.
Dependability, punctuality, clear communication, and safe work habits.
Ability to follow directions, take initiative, work with a crew, and learn new skills.
Construction and equipment experience are a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. Excavator and skid steer experience is helpful, not required. No minimum number of years of construction experience is necessary.
Schedule, Pay & Benefits
Work area: Primarily Pierce and King counties.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 6:30 AM–4:30 PM; hours may occasionally vary by project.
Pay: Approximately $60,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, CDL/driving experience, and equipment-operating abilities.
Benefits: Paid vacation and paid holidays.
Work Environment
Expect active job sites, outdoor work in varying weather, noise, dust, and uneven ground. Duties include lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking. Employees must follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment. Essential duties may be performed with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who shows up on time, communicates, works safely, and takes pride in their work. You don’t need to know everything—you do need a good attitude, a willingness to learn, and the drive to help the crew get the job done.
Apply with your resume or a brief summary of your work history and CDL/driving experience. We welcome dependable candidates who are ready to work and learn, even with less construction experience.
