Are you working a construction project and need a play to park and camp for a few months? $250 a month includes (reasonable) electric 30A service. Washer & dryer are available. Water is available but you will want a filter. Even hot water is available. Outside sink. Internet could be available, but most people use their phone or a hot spot. It even has a dog run for your furry friend. Black water dumping in not available on site, but can be dumped about 10 minutes away.

This is a nice shaded spot on a paved road. 15 minutes to Punta Gorda, 15 minutes to Fort Myers, 20 Minutes to Cape Coral.

24/7 access. We will want to check your background. Month to month is fine.
