Looking for a roommate for our large home! Choice of two large bedrooms (each about 350 + square foot), with ample storage/closet space. Rooms come with: a shared bathroom; large play/exercise room; shared kitchen upstairs; shared laundry; high-speed internet (Ziply one gig plan). All of the utilities and internet are included in the rent. We live off the Itani park trail - which leads over to Sunset park and downtown. The current occupants are a secondary school teacher and a grad student at UI. I child-proofed the house, but grandkids still get in, haha. Pullman city bus stops about a quarter-mile down the road; bike ride to the WSU campus - E-bike helps a lot, hills! Small pets and children are negotiable; we like kiddos. Oh, and we have some extra furniture around if that's helpful.
Move-in is first % last month's rent, no deposit.
