My best friend lost his dad to cancer just weeks ago, and all he and his little brother wanted to keep from their dad was his guitars, and a few other small items. Unfortunately, overnight, everything including all three guitars were stolen near Pueblo Blvd & Lake ave. on August 15th. There were no cameras and the police have been very little help.
My friend and his little brother are understandably completely devastated because this is basically all they kept from their father.
With no other options left we need the help of the people of Pueblo to find these guitars, which mean so much to us.
The guitars are as follows (we Think— pictures of his guitars are linked, any recommendations for improving our descriptions appreciated!)
Squire by Fender Telecaster model hand painted with "Bit O’ Honey" design
Fender American Performer Stratocaster HSS, glossy medium blue (probably Lake
Placid blue) body with tortoise shell guard
Gibson Les Paul Goldtop Standard gold with cream guard
The telecaster and Stratocaster are by far the cheapest but also most sentimental. The Les Paul is less sentimental, but valuable. If you can, please share this post with your musician friends in the Pueblo community to see if they turn up anywhere. Feel free to reply to this post with any tips, and any advice from anyone who has gone through something similar with guitars is appreciated!!
