Pay: $25 per hour — 1099 position

A family-owned and operated property restoration company is seeking additional temporary help due to increased work volume. We are based in Colorado Springs, with current labor needs in southern Pueblo County.
Job duties may include:
* Detailed cleaning of household contents
* Packing, handling, and moving contents
* Property restoration and job-site assistance
* Assisting with mitigation and demolition work
* Organizing work areas, supplies, and equipment
* Other duties as projects and company needs expand
Qualified candidates must:
* Pay close attention to detail
* Be physically able to lift, remain on their feet, and move throughout the workday
* Have reliable transportation
* Maintain a clean, well-groomed, job-appropriate appearance
* Communicate professionally and reliably
* Work well as part of a team
* Be able to work independently when given direction
* Be willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening
Property restoration or contents-processing experience is a plus, but not required. All necessary tools, supplies, and equipment will be provided.
This temporary position is expected to provide several weeks of work. Full-time or expanded employment opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
Pay will be issued daily during the first week while both parties determine whether the position is a good fit. After the first week, pay will transition to a weekly schedule.
An in-person meeting is required before the start date.
Our company provides mitigation, restoration, demolition, and contents-processing services to homeowners affected by water, fire, and mold damage throughout Southern Colorado.
