Gold Dust Saloon, Craft Beer & Grill is seeking an experienced server/bartender who brings energy, professionalism and genuine hospitality to every shift.
Candidates must have proven bartending skills, including beer, wine and cocktail service, responsible alcohol service, accurate POS/cash handling and the ability to serve guests efficiently during busy periods.
We hire only team members who:
Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
Greet and acknowledge guests promptly
Know the menu and confidently recommend food and drinks
Build sales without using high-pressure tactics
Brings a following and repeat business.
Maintain accurate transactions and dependable attendance
Complete side work, maintenance and support the entire FOH team.
Consistently work within business policies.
Evening and weekend availability is required.
