This was purchased for my mother a few years back and she wore it exactly four times, and it has sat in the closet since then. There are no stains, no rips, zipper and buttons are like new, absolutely nothing wrong with it and it is fully in like new condition.
This jacket was around 13-140 dollars new. Asking $30.00 and I think that's more than fair for a premium coat worn only four times.
