Vocalist looking for Rock Band to join/make (Providence)

Hi, I’m looking for alt rock/grunge/shoegaze bands to join/start. I’m pretty open to whatever genres close to that, and am also looking for cool people to make music with. I’m super inspired by people like Elliott Smith, Nirvana, The Cranberries, Portishead, etc. and feel my voice would fit in well in that kind of style. I’ve been writing songs and singing for 10+ years, and I also play guitar if needed. I’m looking for people somewhat close by, and also preferable under 30. Looking to write original music (no cover bands) and eventually release music and tour. I can send over some original work if you want to hear if my voice would fit! Thanks!
