An advocate with a non-profit public interest organization is giving a public talk on Saturday, Nov. 21st at the Providence Public Library from 11 am - about 12:15 pm. We'd like to hire a videographer to film the talk in 4K with a *two camera* set-up. We'll need the videographer to have their own two cameras and tripods. It should be possible for you to plug into a mult box for a direct audio input.
We have a budget of $500 for this filming. We won't need any editing.
A note on payments: We use a paper system for paying independent contractors, so we ask that you please email us an invoice for your work. We'll mail you a check, which will arrive within three weeks of receiving your invoice. We also ask you to please email us a w9 form.
If you're interested, please send us:
a) links to some examples of your videography, and
b) let us know the best way to get in touch with you.
If we hire you, we're happy to email along more details and put you in touch with our advocate whom you'd be working with at the event.
