If so then look no further! This is a second floor apartment in a creative and fun neighborhood. We have large slice of green space in the midst of the Providence suburbs and are looking for a group of folks who are up for this lovely opportunity.
This complex has an art forward queer friendly community, we do our best to support each other and adore hanging out in the private patio space sharing about life and enjoying a bit of a fire pit while the nights are cool but snow hasn't fallen.
The apartment has:
Dishwasher (Working!)
Stainless Steel Fridge (Large!)
Off Street Parking
Gas baseboard heating (see picture!)
On Premise Laundry (with local Laundromat within walking distance)
Short walk to a bus stop
A ton of living space with a lot of options, does not need to be four people moving in which gives you the flexibility to turn rooms into a gaming room, artist studio, or potential office spaces.
Utilities and Wifi are Not included, but when set up can be reasonably expected to be about ~$120-150 a month per person depending on your Wifi plan, how warm you keep the space in winter, and if you have folks who work from home. We can walk you through how to do billing so that it's evenly split over the months instead of sharply rising and falling as the seasons change.
What we're looking for:
1-4 people who are interested in moving in ASAP. Couples welcome. Everyone is expected to have proof of income, application acceptance will require a background check, credit check, as well as rental history check.
If you're a single who doesn't mind moving in and having other housemates move in later please feel free to apply anyway- same with couples. Whoever moves in first will get to set the tone and will be worked with directly to organize who meshes best, and if all four spaces are filled at once then all the better!
What we need from you to apply:
Ideal move-in date, how many are moving in, reason for leaving your current space, and one fun fact that you wish more people knew!
What the process will look like:
If you send all the above to us then we will reach out and schedule a day/time to meet up and have you come see the place
If you like the space then you will be sent an application form
Once that has been submitted we will reach out with any further questions that might come up
Finally we will let you know if you've been chosen!
With approval we will ask for first month's rent and deposit (Same as rent) to be sent.
With rent and deposit paid we will hand over the keys and you may move in!
