1 Law Elite Cleaning is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaners for upcoming deep cleaning and specialized residential projects in Rhode Island. We are expanding our network of dependable subcontractors for immediate upcoming shifts and ongoing team scheduling. We look for high-energy individuals who take pride in thorough work and know how to work steadily without clock-watching.
Job Details & Expectations:
Clean to company standards, including baseboards, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, and deep detail work.
Strict checklist compliance using room-by-room step-by-step checklists and color-coded microfiber towels.
Work at a steady pace to complete flat-rate projects thoroughly and on schedule.
Position Requirements & Onboarding:
1099 Independent Contractor status (Signed W-9 and Subcontractor Agreement required).
Flat-rate payout per project paid via Cash App or Zelle upon job completion.
Personal vehicle OR residing within 15 minutes of Providence for team pickup (Providence, Pawtucket, Central Falls, North Providence, Johnston, Cranston).
Brief preliminary coffee interview at Dunkin' Donuts prior to assignment.
