We’re looking for a reliable, professional person to complete property walkthroughs throughout Rhode Island.
This is flexible, as-needed work. You’ll visit residential and commercial properties, gather basic information, document the condition and layout of the space, and submit the details back to our team.
What the work looks like:
* Visit homes, offices, and other properties throughout Rhode Island
* Complete on-site walkthroughs
* Take photos and/or videos when required
* Gather details about the size, condition, and layout of the property
* Document relevant information from the visit
* Submit walkthrough details to our team promptly
* Represent our company professionally while on-site
Requirements:
* Reliable transportation
* Valid driver’s license
* Smartphone with a good camera
* Comfortable speaking with clients and property contacts
* Professional and dependable
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to follow instructions and document information accurately
* Willing to travel throughout Rhode Island
Experience with property walkthroughs, inspections, real estate, property management, field services, or similar work is helpful but not required.
