We could offer a $400/month rent credit for help with some light tasks at the building - net rent of $1,250/month.
The tasks would include:
- Walking around the common areas once per week, including the hallways, entrances, parking area, trash area, and outside grounds
- Sending us photos once per month showing any issues you notice
- Letting us know if the trash area has problems, like overflowing trash, large items, or trash in the wrong place
- Letting us know if you see maintenance issues, damage, or cleanliness problems
- Helping with small maintenance items when needed, like changing light bulbs
- Letting us know if move-ins cause any damage or issues in the common areas
- Helping with light snow/de-icing on walkways when needed
- If there is an emergency, helping by responding, taking photos, and reporting back to us
