Hello!
We operate a short-term rental business in Providence, RI, and are looking for a reliable, experienced handyman to assist with ongoing maintenance at our properties.
We have maintenance needs on a weekly basis, ranging from routine repairs and preventative maintenance to occasional emergency calls. We’re looking for someone dependable, responsive, and comfortable troubleshooting a variety of property issues.
Typical tasks may include:
* General property maintenance and repairs
* Light carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
* Basic HVAC troubleshooting
* Appliance troubleshooting (washers, dryers, stoves, etc.)
* Installing smart locks, cameras, thermostats, and other devices
* Furniture assembly and moving
* TV mounting
* Basic plumbing repairs
* Other general handyman tasks as needed
Pay: $35/hour, paid via PayPal only (We pay weekly every Monday)
