Looking for 1 or 2 experienced culinary people to help out Friday, Saturday and Sunday on Labor Day weekend (September 4th, 5th, and 6th).
The menu is mostly Mediterranean dishes for a party at a residence in Lincoln. Mediterranean food experience helpful but not necessary, but you must have food prep experience. Friday and Saturday will be mostly food prep work. Party is Sunday and will be final prep, set-up, grilling, serving, and cleanup for 60-70 people.
