Selling a 12,000 BTU air conditioner that I’ve used yearly during summers to cool at 500 ft.² space without any issue. Works well and it’s about eight years old? We are only getting rid of it because we just installed ductless air. Asking $40 or best offer. Hoping to get rid of it this weekend. I live in the east side of Providence.
