I am a retired career maintenance man with a lifetime of knowledge and experience who still has a lot to offer and I am looking for an opportunity to relocate to the St Augustine area. My career has covered decades in the hospitality and multi family industries. I am interested in pursuing the following avenues; Multi Family, Manufactured Home Communities, Storage Facilities, Resident Motel Manager/Maintenance. I can be relatively flexible in my salary requirements as long as onsite housing is provided as part of my employment. I can work full time or part time to suit your requirements. My entire career has revolved around the protection and improvement of the assets in my charge along with great customer service. My maintenance career began at the age of 16 and I have developed a well rounded broad scope of skills.
