I am looking to rent a small private room in Wilmington for two to three hours per weekday, somewhere between 8am and 3pm, ideally near the Cargo District or downtown.
I run a small business and need a quiet, private space for scheduled phone and video calls. I am offering $200 per month for weekday daytime access. I am flexible on the exact hours and days, and I am happy to discuss a different rate if the space is a better or worse fit.
What I need is simple: a door that closes and enough space for a chair. If there is no internet, I use my own mobile hotspot. I do not need storage, I will not receive mail there, and I will never need overnight or weekend access.
This works well if you are a professional with an office you do not use every day, a suite with an empty second room, or a small business with unused square footage. It is straightforward extra income for space that is already sitting there.
