We are a married couple, both working in higher education, looking for a 1-bedroom apartment in or near downtown Santa Barbara.
Our top priorities are:
1) Quiet surroundings, both inside and outside the building
2) A clean, well-maintained apartment
We also prefer:
1) No carpet
2) One parking space
3) Ample storage
Our budget is up to $2,500/month for an unfurnished 1-bedroom apartment, or a comparable unit.
We are responsible, quiet, and reliable tenants who keep our home clean and well maintained. We have excellent credit and always pay our bills on time. We have no children or pets, and we do not play loud music or video games. We do not own a TV. We do not smoke or use any tobacco or recreational marijuana. We generally speak quietly. We are often away at work, and when we are home, we are usually working. We generally go to bed around 10 p.m.
