Hi, I'm looking for a place to call home for the next 6 months or a Year... About me: I live off of J street and the noise levels, particularly in evening are way-over the top!!!, plus my building has several 20-somethings who luv to party and stay up at ALL times of the evening, and I'm losing sleep on a daily basis, so I'm ready to move asap... About me: I receive a monthly-retirement income that covers my rent and... I work 30+ hours in Usability research... (I'm kinda geeky and always enjoy being around smart people).
My life is fairly simple with a few regular routine: work 5-6 hours a day, go to the co-op for some goodies, ride my bike on the trails, hang out with my sister or talk on the phone w/ my girlfriend who currently lives in Santa Monica... I'm very laid back, respectable, easy going and always have good energy. I'm also a mentor to a young man (age 19) who lives in Oakland and i oftentimes parlay a trip to SF and and then visit my friend...If you have a unit for rent or I might be open to share-if the right situation presents itself.
