Located off of Antelope Blvd close to Tehama Fairgrounds, walking distance to Dollar General, restaurants, gas station, Carlitos, Salvation Army Thrift Store, businesses, Barber, medical clinic, restaurants, etc,.
Currently this is a very friendly household, we prefer it that way.
Household harmony is imperative, so: no drunks, no drugs or druggies, no non rent payers, no flakes, no criminals, no addicts welcome. An older couple may be possible. Non smoker preferred, best suited a physically active person. Sorry, no overnight guests, period, experience proves that it just makes things get too complicated.
THE TRAVEL TRAILER.
We installed a concrete pad in the back yard for my older (1990) travel trailer which is 25’ long, has standard features: Couch/twin bed, dinette folds down to twin bed, plus two bunk beds, Bathroom has toilet, sink, small tub/shower. with cold water and septic drain installed. Kitchen has working fridge, (propane not connected so oven, stove top and water heater not currently functional for safety), double sinks, microwave, hot air cooker, electric small skillet, dishes, pots, pans, flatware and utensils. Many bed accessories are included, blankets, sheets, pillows, towels, etc.
The air conditioner on roof is not working so a portable A/C with remote control is placed between the couch and sink unit. The trailer is under a canopy, outside the trailer I built a deck to avoid tracking debris into the trailer. Deck has four comfy chairs, round glass top table, potential Bar-B-Cue area.
This Trailer best suited for one person, or perhaps one adult and one child, couples have proven to be just complicated but may be considered. Trailer tenant will have access to the house, kitchen, and front bathroom and shower. Current tenants in the 4 bedroom house are a woman in the front bedroom and her 92 year old mother for which she is care giver, and one male living in the back side of the house, also of the silver hair set.
Trailer is in the fenced in back yard off of the kitchen. In the yard we have a chicken house, large yard with permanent swing set, trees, grapes producing vines to modify to an arbor, blackberries, wild prunes. Chickens sleep in the tree in their yard, lay eggs in the morning, and roam the back yard in the afternoon. Gardening welcome.
Located on a tiny street with only 6 houses, off of Antelope Blvd close to Tehama Fairgrounds, close to Dollar General, gas stations, M & M Ranch House, Bud’s Jolly Cone, Carlito’s Mexican restaurants, Melissa’s Mexican food truck, Salvation Army Thrift Store, Ace Hardware, Auto repair shops, Doctors offices, etc,
Parking limited to one vehicle, and access to the back yard is via the main gate or through the house.
