Preformed Line Products power end plate cutter. Used to cut cable entrance holes in PREFORMED splice case and vault closure end plates.

Includes the cutter stand, complete blade kit in the plastic tray, clamps, and original metal carrying case (Cat. No. 8000445, P/N 03500). All blades are present. Period instruction sheets for vault closures and splice cases included. Drill motor is not included. Sold as-is.

Would make a good gift for a retired telephone splicer. Still usable today for copper splice-case work.
