Long-handle tool for lifting and replacing telephone manhole covers with less strain. Zinc-plated steel handle, sleeve, shank, foot, and heat-treated hook. Rubber grips on the handle and foot. Hook stores inside the handle when not in use.
Used condition. Sold as-is.
Would make a good gift for a retired telephone splicer. Still usable today for manhole work.
