Share house with 2 senior females in the next room, & one senior male in back of house (home owner), plus a currently empty travel trailer in the back yard.
Previous tenant loved to garden, and we now have a garden that now needs someone to continue making it lovely.
Fully furnished room, currently a twin size day bed is installed plus all furniture as seen in photos plus a new small fridge. Room is in front part of a four bedroom single story, pet friendly, mostly seniors, house with fenced back yard. We share fully equipped kitchen, bath, living room, yards, garden, etc. If you like to cook, or garden, welcome.
We have two small super friendly house dogs and two outdoor cats, and egg producing chickens. Friendly, small pets welcome.
Our house is located off of Antelope Blvd, on a small one block long street with only six houses on it, close to Tehama Fairgrounds, bus stops, walking distance to Dollar General, restaurants, gas stations, laundromat, Bud's Jolly Cone, Carlitos, Salvation Army Thrift Store, Dave's Boot Shop, Auto Repair shops, businesses, Barber, medical clinic, restaurants, Fire Dept, gas stations, etc,.
We must know more about you, so prior to phone calls or an interview or meeting, we need you to write about yourself, your situation and needs via email. We will expect applicant to honestly clarify their situation and we seek an amiable and compatible tenant. References and history may be checked. Your credit is not as important to us as your character and demeanor. If you are not willing to tell us honestly about yourself, simply do not apply.
Household harmony is imperative. This is for one person, no overnight guests, if you have a relationship which requires staying together overnight, go to your friends house, not here, that can get messy and can cause problems. Non smoker preferred (outside smoking only). This is best suited for one congenial senior.
First and last month rent due upon move in day.
