1970s Glastron V156 style walk-through windshield boat with Johnson 85hp outboard and trailer.
Cool old-school lake boat with the classic 70s look. 1972 Glastron V-156 about 16 foot with a tape measure
Boat is very solid overall for its age.
Floor and hull is are solid. and in good shape
Transom is solid
Hull has no obvious damage
Windshield and original hardware all there. very cool walk through design
Johnson 85 turns over and looks complete but we have not had it running or on the water. these would pull a skier or two no problem with speeds up to 45 mph per literature I found
Would make:
* cool vintage lake cruiser
* ski boat
* father/son project
* fun old-school hot rod boat
Trailer has surface rust but is solid and sound, tires are up but very old
Boat has been sitting so expect normal old boat stuff:
fuel system, battery, tune-up, cleaning, etc. a few hours of TLC and it is pretty close to lake ready once you get the Johnson started.
These old Glastron's are getting harder to find unmolested like this. Most are beat to death or hacked up.
They appear to sell on the low end about $3200 and the high end about $7500
